GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR

Application:
        Low-cost transportation conveyor where it is feasible to use manual force to
        move product or to set conveyor on a decline and allow gravity to move product.
        Roller and Skate-wheel configurations are available to fit all products which are
        suitable for manual transportation.

        How it works: Non-powered rollers or skate wheels are held in place by shafts
        and bearings which leaves them free to turn when manual force or gravity is
        applied.

Rollers: 1.9", 16 Gauge Steel (Galvanized also available)
Axles: 7/16" Hex, Spring Loaded
Frame: 3 1/2" x 1-1/2" x 10 Gauge Painted Steel Formed Channel
Welded Cross Braces
Butt Couplers Standard
Frame Capacity over 10'--135 lbs./ft., over 5'--310 lbs./ft.
Roller Capacity--240 lbs. each
